Whenever you see newish bands that haven’t quite got to the top of the charts yet you will almost always spot a small van outside of the gig that will contain both the band and all of their equipment. if you think about it, how important is the van to the bands?

Although the Autumn/Winter seasons are on the way the sun can still shine through the clouds and damage the skin. Although to you the sun may not do any damage, to a child it can do serious damage and sometimes be worse than in the summer months.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the debut album by the grunge band Nirvana who became hugely popular before the tragic death of lead singer Kurt Cobain. Why was it that the trio became so successful and what did they want from it all, did they want the fame they recieved from Nevermind.

The fact is that now many bands actually approach Activision and MTV to be in the games Guitar Hero and Rock Band but there was a time in which they had to go around begging bands to allow them to use the songs in the games themselves. This is more so for Guitar Hero when they were looking to release the first game as artists did not feel comfortable handing over master recordings to a company on the outside. on the plus side, bands allowed them to record covers for the game.
